Application
K36T 800-1380kW Diesel Engines are widely used in construction machinery, such as excavators, drilling equipment, and loading machines, as well as agricultural machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, rotary tillers. These engines can also be used to generate electricity for ships.

We provide two types of K36T products, which include: 50HZ/1500RPM and 60HZ/1800RPM.

Description
Kangwo's K36T series diesel engine is designed to meet stringent customer requirements for high-power generator sets. This series is the preferable choice for 750-1200kW generator sets. All the indexes, such as its working performance, appearance, safety performance and noise, meet the requirements as determined by both customers and industry standards.

Features
1. Vermicular graphite cast iron is used in the cylinder head. The design, together with 4-valve structure cylinders and common rail direct fuel injection, provides a 1900bar injection pressure, which can achieve multiple continuous injections. The porous structure ensures uniform atomizing.
2. The combustion chamber uses a P11 high-pressure oil pump, which is a highly efficient and safe oil pump. The design significantly reduces emission, full burning, and saves costs for customers
3. The engine is manufactured with gantry type vermicular graphite cast iron, whose structure is compact. Though the engine is manufactured with a large power, it has a small noise. Customers can carry out installation and maintenance quickly, even in limited spaces.
4. The engine's operation requires a fast valve movement, which can ensure an efficient intake and delivery. We use the optimized cam profile to reduce the impact and improve work efficiency.
5. A power-driven pre-supply pump is designed to achieve an automatic fuel supply when the machine is first powered on.
6. We use a ceramic coated piston ring and a laser multi-angle thin-walled alloy cylinder in the manufacturing process, which effectively reduces the oil consumption and saves customer costs.
