Diesel engines in the K26G/K28G series are safe and reliable, and feature robust power, stable operation, and low noise. Compared to similar products with the comparable power, it is more cost-effective. The compact structure and accuracy guarantee an easy installation and maintenance even in a small engine compartment.
Our diesel engines have reached the European IV emission standard and European V emission standard. And passed CE certification of EU, ISO9001 international quality authentication, GB/T28001-2011, OHSAS18001:2007 and other certifications.
1. With a monolithic structure, the cylinder head is made of high-alloy cast iron. The usage of a tangential port and turbocharging in the cylinder head increases the intake mass air flow, airflow strength, and power per liter, while simultaneously reducing emission.
2. The improvement of dual cooling system:
Products in this series are manufactured with a dual-pump and a dual oil cooler. The design improves its cooling capacity in the case of high power or high heat load, which makes these engines ideal in tropical and other warm environments.
3. The engine body uses vermicular graphite cast iron, and uses a special cooling nozzle to cool the piston, together with the auxiliary oil gallery covered inside. This design enhance the strength, improves its shock absorption, and reduces the heat load in the engine.
4. The exhaust pipe uses an alloy casting material, which has a good heat resistance. The usage of that material decreases air leakage, and improves the temperature resistance.
5. We use a ceramic coated piston ring and laser multi-angle thin-walled alloy cylinder in the manufacturing process, which effectively reduces the oil consumption and saves customer costs.
