Description
K25G 380-610kW Diesel Engines are exclusively used as the engines of generator units. The fuel system, pressurization system, and combustion system are improved in this series. It is the best engine for K25G 300-600kW generator units.
Our diesel engines have reached the European IV emission standard and European V emission standard. And passed CE certification of EU, ISO9001 international quality authentication, GB/T28001-2011, OHSAS18001:2007 and other certifications.
Features
1. The split cylinder head is made of high-alloy cast iron. The usage of tangential port and turbocharging increases its intake mass air flow, airflow strength, and power per liter, while simultaneously reducing emissions.
2. Engines in this series are manufactured with a dual-pump and a high-flow oil pump. The design improves the cooling capacity in the event of high power or high heat load, which meets the operating requirements in different environments.
3. Heat resistant alloy castings and a directly-connected structure help to reduce the air leakage, and improve the heat resistance of the exhaust pipe.
4. The engine body uses vermicular graphite cast iron, and uses a special cooling nozzle to cool the piston, together with the auxiliary oil gallery covered inside. These designs enhance the engine strength, improve its shock absorption, and reduce the heat load of diesel engines.
